Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to SupaMails, a custom-domain email hosting service operated by Invisible Ventures Private Limited (IVPL), India. SupaMails provides mailboxes, aliases, webmail, and related email features (including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam filtering and antivirus) on a single paid plan. It is for personal and team business email - not bulk marketing, cold outreach, or disposable inboxes.

What you may do

Use SupaMails to send and receive ordinary business and personal email on domains you own or are authorised to use, subject to these Terms of Service and this policy.

What you must not do

You agree not to use SupaMails to:

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or run newsletter / cold outreach campaigns
  • Phish, spoof, impersonate others, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
  • Host or transmit illegal content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse shared infrastructure (for example excessive automated sending, probing, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service)
  • Attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, mailboxes, or systems

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the abuse. We may also limit sending or other features to protect deliverability and shared infrastructure.

Lawful requests

We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities as required under applicable Indian law.
