We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund of your payment.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service effectively
- Service doesn't meet the features described in our marketing materials
- Cancellation within the first 30 days of your initial subscription
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service outages exceeding our Service Level Agreement
Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Cancellation vs. Refunds
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but doesn't automatically qualify you for a refund of past payments. To request a refund, you must follow the refund process outlined above.
