Can I use my existing domain for email?
Yes. You can connect a domain you already own. If you don't have one yet, you'll need to register one with a domain registrar before setting up your email.
What is a mailbox?
A mailbox is an inbox with its own login and storage. Add one for each person who needs to send and receive mail as themselves. SupaMails pricing is per mailbox.
What is an email alias?
An alias is another address that delivers into a mailbox you already have. hello@ and founder@ can both arrive in the same inbox. An alias does not need its own login or storage.
Do I need technical skills to set it up?
Not much. We'll show you the DNS records needed to connect your domain and can help you with the setup. For supported DNS providers, parts of the configuration can also be automated.
Can I access my email on Gmail, Outlook, or other apps?
Yes. SupaMails supports IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, so you can use compatible email clients including Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird. You can also access your email through webmail.
Can I add multiple users or team members?
Yes. Simply add a mailbox for each team member who needs their own inbox, login and storage. You can also create aliases and forwarding addresses without adding unnecessary mailboxes.
How much storage do I get?
Each mailbox includes 15 GB of storage. If you need more, additional storage is available in 5 GB increments.
Can you migrate my existing email?
Yes. If your current email provider supports IMAP, we can help move your existing mail into SupaMails.
Is my email secure and private?
SupaMails supports encrypted mail connections using TLS, spam filtering, antivirus protection, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and two-factor authentication.
What does the service cost?
SupaMails costs ₹249 per mailbox per month, or ₹1,999 per mailbox when billed annually, exclusive of GST. Each mailbox includes 15 GB of storage.
What on earth is that name SupaMails?
Super + emails. We removed a couple of letters. And a lot of unnecessary complexity.
Can I use SupaMails for newsletters or cold email?
No. SupaMails is for personal and team business email, not bulk marketing or cold outreach. Campaigns like that belong on a proper email service provider, so your everyday mail stays deliverable.
